In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
The Introductory Rite is the start of the mass. This picture is were all the people walk into the church.
During the Introductory Rite we all enter the church and dip our hands in the holy water, then do the sign of the cross. We go to a seat and stand up to greet the father by singing.
Symbols and signs we see in mass are the pews (chairs), people, candles, gospel, stations of the cross, rug. These are just a couple of the symbols. During the introductory rite the priest will say many, many prays. Sometimes we need to respond.
