Third Estate Representatives and complaining and rioting outside Louis' Home
The Third Estate of France was upset because they did not get equal representation and because they were taxed while the other Estates were not. They started to demand things from the king and they planned to overthrow the government.
Tennis Court Meeting
The king gives in only because he thinks that they may have the power to overthrow him. When they start to demand more and more he became worried about his life and his power and he worried about his wife as well.
The King and Queen try to Escape
Third Estate representatives were very upset and harassed the king about these things nearly constantly putting a lot of pressure on Louis and this caused him to act rashly.
Changes Made by National Assembly and Declaration on the Rights of Man
When the Third Estate asked for a meeting in an official room so that their side can be heard and taken into consideration. When they got to the room it was locked and nobody would open it for them so they sat in the tennis court and convened their meeting there but they refused to leave until the government heard them out and accepted their Declaration
