We can move them off the land by force. They are savages anyway, they don't have any rights.

What is there to worry about? It's going to be fine -- this is God's will!

The Natives don't seem to want to move off their land. We've had a few encounters with them, and it hasn't gone well.
At school, the children were taught how to farm and speak English. Now everyone is in the same schools and taught the same things.
And that's the story of Westward Expansion.
America profited and grew. They assimilated the natives into their culture.
