Storyboard Text

  • One night, Hrothgar's soldiers were celebrating. They were drinking and the music was very loud.
  • This party is amazing!
  • When they were all asleep, Grendel, a monster, entered and grabbed 30 men. Those poor men's fate was to be Grendel's supper that night.
  • Knock, knock! Who's there? Food for your belly! Come in!  These living threats will make me very happy.
  • The next morning, King Hrothgar found out what had happened. He sat joylessly, crying the death of his men.
  • Human-devourer has taken 30 of my men! He will pay!
  • Grendel comes back to town to get more people. The soldiers tried to go as far from Herot as they could to avoid death in the hands of this monster.
  • I want more!
  • Twelve winters have passed by and King Hrothgar is still mourning his dead followers.
  • I will never be able to vengance the deaths of my dear soldiers...
  • The heartless monster keeps killing people. Herot has become a deserted place. However, he has never dared to touch Hrothgar nor his throne.
  • Who needs a throne when you can get all the food you want? I will feed myself until my belly aches! No one can stop me.
