  • Recently I've been feeling very lost and down, I don't know what to do. 
  • Don't worry I can help. What you are experiencing is sadness, and it is completely normal
  • Some things you can do to help you deal with this emotion is: go outside,
  • meditate, listen to music you enjoy, 
  • ....
  • Or talk to someone you trust about how you are feeling. 
  • Thank you, although the feeling is not completely gone I know it is only temporary and it is okay to be sad.
  • Remember that is is completely normal to feel sad, just make sure you deal with your emotions correctly.
