  • Walter is currently very cold and crowded, he can barely move. Walter is in his solid form, ice.
  • 15°C
  • But wait, it is getting warmer. Walter has more room to move now.
  • 25°C
  • Walter is now in his liquid form, water. He can still bump into his friends, but he has a lot of space for himself too.
  • Walter is getting even warmer and he is starting to float upwards (evaporate).
  • <100°C
  • 100°C
  • Walter is now in his gas form, water vapor. There is a lot of space between him and his friends and he is free to move wherever he wants.
