I make sure people who enter the house belong here.
Kings would often lock peasants and serfs in dungeons when they didn't do something that the king asked or disobeyed the king
Serfs and Lords
Here you go sir
This is a vassal working for the king. Since vassals did so many things for the king and not so much for themselves the relationship between the king and the vassals was probably not the best.
The house would be either large or very small. The richer you are the bigger the house but the poor had tiny houses due to how much they make. The larger houses had servants that ran the house for the people living there
Thanks for watching
The serfs did almost everything for the king work wise. When they worked they wouldn't earn any money but give it all to the lord. Their life were way harder than the peasants life because they didn't get any education.
Unfortunately the level on the social pyramid that you were born into is the status that you stay at for your whole life. For example if your parents were peasants then you would too. But if your parents were in the royal status you would too.
Thank you mom and dad
In Medieval times the social status was very important. It made sure things got done in the manor houses and created work and housing for others.
