At a public place, Tybalt expresses his inclinations to fight Romeo and Mercutio, and Tybalt ends up killing Mercutio.
I really didn't want to see a fight today!
Act III, Scene 1
Mercutio
"I am hurt. A plague o' both your houses!" (III. i. 84-85)
Tybalt
At the same public place, Romeo decides to avenge Mercutio's death by killing Tybalt, which he soon learns to regret.
I fear Juliet is causing me to get soft and less masculine.
Act III, Scene 1
Romeo! Why have you killed me!?
In Capulet's orchard the Nurse tells Juliet that something bad happened (Tybalt died), but Juliet thinks that she means Romeo died.
Oh, Juliet! Something terrible happened. I can't dare tell you!
Act III, Scene 2
Oh no! Did my love die! Someone kill me, I don't want to deal with the pain!
Act III, Scene 3
In Friar Laurence's cell, Romeo finds out he is going to be exiled and Romeo believes his whole life is ruined.
My life is over! I will never be able to see my love again! It would be better just to kill me!
Romeo, calm down! You've been crying to much! Your tears are like that of a woman.
The Nurse finds Romeo and brings him to Capulet's house, where he comforts Juliet since both of them were overwhelmingly sad.
I'm so sorry Juliet!
Act III, Scene 4
Farewell I have to go my love!
I'm getting a strange vision about this.
You are going to marry Paris whether you like it or not! I'll drag you to your wedding if I have to!
At Capulet's house, Juliet tries to get out of her marriage with Paris, and Capulet has an outrage on her.
Act III, Scene 4
But...but Romeo!
