  • Exposition Step 1
  • "What are you doing Kara?"
  • "Im watering the plants, since I didn't water yesterday."
  • Chirp-Chirp
  • Challenge #1 Step 6
  • "Im going to try out for the football team at school."
  • "Are you kidding? Don't make a fool out of yourself."
  • Challenge #2 Step 6
  • "I overheard those students talking about you, but you should ignore them."
  • "Does Lauren think she's the best, since she got into the football team? She's such a loser."
  • Ever since Lauren Rhimiki's father passed away from an football accident, she lived with her humorless stepmother, Kara, in a harmonious neighborhood of Pennsylvania. Lauren desired to follow her father's footsteps as a football player and to try out for the football team at her high school.
  • Challenge #3 Step 6
  • Sniff
  • On the way to school, Lauren told Kara she was planning on trying out for the football team.  In response, Kara told Lauren brutal comments, which hurt Lauren's feelings and ruined her day at school.
  • Climax Step 9
  • "Remarkable job Lauren!"
  • During school, Lauren's benevolent friend, Amy, told her students were privately gossiping behind her back.  Though, Amy started comforting Lauren and telling her to do what was best for herself.
  • Denouement Step 11/12
  • "Good morning."
  • Later when Kara found out Lauren had gone behind her back, Kara hollered at her and continued to shout disrespectful comments.  Lauren could not handle it anymore; as tears poured out of her eyes, she sprinted away with nothing on her and she couldn't get help from anybody, which nearly starved Lauren to death.
  • "Do I even deserve my spot on the football team?"
  • Right before the time was up, Lauren scored a touchdown and helped her team win the first football game of the year.  Everyone started streaking towards her, as they congratulated her.
  • "Spectacular!"
  • The next day at school, everyone greeted Lauren when she walked by; Lauren proved to students gender didn't matter for any type of sport.  For if a similar situation occurred, Lauren knew she would stay resilient even if people attempted to deter her from doing what she loved.
  • "Hey."
  • "Do you want to go to the mall sometime?"
  • "Hi Lauren."
