Ms. Morton, to be honest we have been anxious to meet with you after receiving your email regarding Matt's in class behavior.
These are data tracking sheets I have been using to track Matt's behavior for 4 weeks. These sheets along with his test scores and comments from other teachers, I think it is time to come up with a more intense game plan.
Every time he calls out w/o raising his hand, speaks over his classmates or is using his electronics inappropriately, I have marked a tally
I think we should move forward with a tier 2 intervention. I think Matt would benefit from a Functional Behavior Assessment
