How am I going to make this a school that my staff and students want to come to?
ABC Faculty and Staff,First of all, I would like to say thank you for selecting me to be your principal. I feel extremely lucky to be working with each and one of you. Excitement is a under statement for how I feel about getting to know and work with all of you. Please take a moment to complete the survey about our culture by Friday. This will help us to learn our strengths and areas we need to improve. Each faculty meeting will start with an activity that will allow us to get to know each other better. Today we will be creating a music video with our lighthouse teams. Team Lead will pick a song out of the basket. Have fun and be creative. I'm thrilled to see what we create in 10 minutes.
