Storyboard Text

  • How do you feel about the federal government's role in public education?
  • Honestly the federal government's role is not that big in education in my opinion. It's more of the state's and communities decisions on things involving public education.
  • Why do you feel this way?
  • It's facts it can be proven. The Federal government  provides the funding for public schooling and in order to get the money the state has to follow the rues they set.
  • So how do you feel about the state's role in education?
  • The state's role in public education is probably the biggest. The state is responsible for the standardized test & which curriculum to follow and makes sure they meet the federal government's wants.
  • What about the local's role?
  • Really the local government just handle the smaller thing such as disciplinary in the school.
  • Well that's all the questions i have for you today. Thanks for your time.
  • Your very welcome see you around.
