Principle #1 Genetic Variation: Some deers have thicker fur than others.
Principle #2 Overproduction & the Struggle for Existence: The deers that have thicker coats of fur mostly die of heat because the enviroment is warm and harder to survive in.
Principle #3 Differential Survival & Reproduction: The deers with a thinner layer of fur mostly survive because the heat is not as bad for them like the thick coated furred deers.
Principle #4 Changes in Gene Pool: Over time there will be more thin coated deers than thick and they will produce more thin coated deers than thick coated deers because most will die.
