Sarcasm - Venkman says, " You're right, no human being would stack books like this." This is sarcasm because the books were just stacked so stantz assuming that was a paranormal thing. So Venkman makes a sarcastic statement over it.
Verbal Irony (overstatement) - Stantz wishes for the most harmless thing so it doesn't hurt them. In reality it didn't matter, because the marshmallow man was still trying to destroy them,

Janine is trying to talk with the Spengler and have a conversation. While Spengler isn't interested so he just gives a quick and weird response and takes off like nothing.
I collect spores, molds, and fungus.
Dramatic Irony - During louis party he throws sweaters/coats in what seems to be a closet where the demonic dog is located. The audience sees the demonic dog but louis doesn't realize it till later in the movie.

Understatement- Venkman tries to calm down Dana after she seems to have gotten possessed but speaks in demonic voice showing how she is possessed.
