  • The Resurrection of Jesus (Matthew 28:1-20)
  • Do not be afraid. I know you are looking for Jesus, but he has been raised from the dead, just as he had told you. See the place where he lay. He is going ahead of you to Galilee, where he will meet you. Go, quickly and tell his disciples. This is my message to you.
  • The Resurrection of Jesus (Matthew 28:1-20)
  • Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to meet me in Galilee.
  • Greetings!
  • The Resurrection of Jesus (Matthew 28:1-20)
  • We will give you money, if you go and tell the people, "Jesus disciples came and stole him at night." Dont worry, if the governor hears of this, we will satisfy him to keep you out of trouble.
  • Early in the morning, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to see Jesus' tomb. When they arrived, there was a great earthquake. An angel of the Lord appeared, his clothing white as snow and his appearance like lightning. The guards were so afraid that they shook and became like dead men. The angel said "Do not be afraid. I know you are looking for Jesus, but he has been raised from the dead, just as he had told you. See the place where he lay. He is going ahead of you to Galilee, where he will meet you. Go, quickly and tell his disciples. This is my message to you.

  • As they left, some of the guards went and told the chief priests what had happened. The chief priests said "We will give you money if you tell the people, "Jesus' disciples came and stole him at night." Don't worry, if the governor hears of this, we will satisfy him to keep you out of trouble." So the guards took the money and did exactly as they were told.
  • The Resurrection of Jesus (Matthew 28:1-20)
  • We Love Jesus and Christianity!
  • And so the eleven disciples journeyed to the mountain in Galilee that Jesus had told them to meet at. When the disciples saw Jesus they worshipped him, however some were unsure. Jesus went to them and said "All authority on earth and heaven has been given to me. Go and make disciples of all nations, baptize them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy spirit. Teach them all that I have taught you. I will always be with you."
  • All authority on earth and heaven has been given to me. Go and make disciples from all nations , and baptize them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Teach them to obey everything that I have taught you. I will  always be with you.
  • After Jesus spoke to his disciples, he was taken up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.
  • The disciples went out to many different places to teach many others about Lord Jesus and Christianity.  The Lord helped them by showing signs when it was needed.
