  • Aibileen is a maid that come's to clean white women houses and take care of their children. 
  • Trouble 
  • "it's a shame I learned to keep down a long time a go."
  • "I've  designed the Home Help Sanitation  Initiative" 
  • Aibileen view on slavery when skeeter asks if things could be different are kinda shocking to her but sat the same time stupid. 
  • Baby Girl
  • "That was the day my whole world went black. Air looked black, sun looked black. I Laid in bed and stared at the black walls a my house"(Pg. 3)
  • Wonderful
  • The first sight of trouble occurs when the bathroom problem rolls in to play. 
  • "The Home...the what?"
  • Aibileen was thinking "They start to think that colored folks ain't as good as whites." I Pray is still got time.
