It's 8 AM on game day. For breakfast I'll eat cereal, eggs, and toast with apple juice to drink. This contains carbs and protein.
At 11 O'clock I'll eat a clif bar and strawberries with gatorade. This contains carbs and protein with a little bit of fat.
1 O'Clock! Time for lunch! I'll get a turkey burger on a whole wheat bun and pasta salad to eat with water to drink. This will contain many carbs and protein with a little bit of fat from the dressing.
One hour to go until game time! I'll have a fresh fruit smoothie because it will contain carbs and some fat for me to get through my game!
4:00 Game time!!
Successful game! I just got home at 6 O'Clock and need a recovery meal. I'll have a Seafood pasta, green beans and fruit with water to drink. My body needs all of these to properly recover.
