The Munich Conference was when Hitler met with the French leader (Edouard Daladier), British leader (Neville Chamberlain) and Mussolini. In this meeting, Hitler wanted the leaders to agree that the Sudetenland should be a part of Germany.
Dadlier and Chamberlain were afraid of Germany's power because their militaries lacked power. So, to try to stay peaceful with Hitler, Dadlier and Chamberlain agreed with Hitler that the Sudetenland be a part of Germany (appeasement).
After the Munich Conference, Czechoslovakia's allies (like France) left them, giving them no help whatsoever. Hitler and Germany ended up taking over Czechoslovakia (a part of the Sudetenland) and some of Lithuania, and Mussolini and Italy took over Albania.
