  • "I bought a new house."
  • Do you want to talk?
  • you look so beautiful.
  • "Mama where have you been?"
  • Mama bought a house! Ruth and Travis are ecstatic, but Walter shuts down.
  • Do you want more money to pay the house in exchange.
  • A few weeks later with George and Beneatha in the apartment after a date. Beneatha wants to talk, but George is exasperated, telling Beneatha that she’s good looking, so no one cares what’s in her head. His sexism is blatant, and George is not going to fit into her life anymore.
  • Mr.Lindner came to visit.
  • when Mama came home, Walter was asking Mama, "where have she been?" but Mama is ignoring him so she was ask Ruth where Travis? Then Ruth answer but Walter got angry he ask Mama the same answer. But she still ignoring him.
  • Willy ran off with all our money!
  • Karl Lindner appears at the door. he is a representative from the Clybourne Park Improvement Association, and he tells the youngers that problems arise when different kinds of people do not sit down and talk to each other.
  • when Mama comes home, Walter, Ruth, And Beneathe tell her about Mr.Lindner's visit. it shocks and worries her, but she supports their decision to refuse the buyout offer.
  • Bobo, one of Walter's friends, arrives. After some stumbling, he announces that Willy Harris has ran of with the money that Walter invested in the liquor store deal. It turns out that Walter invested not only his $3,500 but also the $3,000 intended for Beneatha's education.
