The 2008 Election in the Eyes of a 6th Grade Girl
By: Lillie Brown
When I would visit my Grandparents after school or on the weekend, CSPAN was always on. My family and I lived in the apartment next door, so I visited quite often.
What can I possibly learn from a bunch of old guys?!
I never understood anything that was going on. Instead, I enjoyed politic free TV in my Grandparents' spare bedroom.
All this is educational. You should sit down and watch it. You could learn a couple things.
Who'd wanna watch politics when they could watch cartoons?
My grandfather loved politics. The TV would always be turned on to the news or a political debate. And he ALWAYS had a newspaper.
I thought you were Lillie?
You know what I mean!
Can we watch something else? I'm bored!
