  • On December 26, 1860, Major Robert Anderson takes his men to Fort Sumter.
  • LOOK! Fort Sumter!
  • On April 11, 1861, Southern General P.G.T. Beauregard asks Northern Major Anderson to surrender peacefully. Anderson refuses.
  • Major Anderson, this is General Beaureguard! I insist you surrender! 
  • NO WAY, TRAITOR!
  • After hearing the Union's refusal on April 12, Confederate General Beauregard orders a bombing on Fort Sumter.
  • You DARE refuse?!
  • Crap... we're all gonna die! Prepare our forces!
  • At 4:30 am that same day, surrounding Confederate forces receive the signal to fire upon Fort Sumter. They begin gunning the fort.
  • FIRE!!
  • At 2:30 am on April 13, Major Anderson of the Union finally surrenders to the Confederate General.
  • Ah, finally. The win that the South rightfully deserves.
  • I suppose I'll have to surrender, then... for now.
  • The Union forces retreat from Fort Sumter... and thus begins the American Civil War.
