Judas, one of the twelve disciples, went of to the chief of priests and made a bargain where they would pay him to hand over Jesus.
Mark 14:53-65 - Jesus before the council
While they were eating Jesus took a piece of bread and said that this represented his body, he then took wine and said that this was his blood and he said he would not drink wine until they were all together again.
Luke 23:13-25 - Jesus is sentenced to death
Jesus was still speaking when a crowd arrived lead by Judas, they had come to arrest him. One of the disciples cut off a priests but Jesus healed him.
Luke 23:32-47 - The death of Jesus
Jesus was taken to the high priest's house and they tried to convict him of something but when they found he had done nothing wrong people lied and he was eventually convicted by lies.
Pilate said that Jesus had done nothing wrong and should not be killed but only whipped and set free. When he said this the crowd yelled to kill him, they shouted so loudly that Pilate eventually sentenced him to Crucifixion.
Jesus and two criminals were led out for crucifixion and Jesus cried out for their forgiveness. The soldiers taunted him but by the afternoon they were dead.
