  • I have been shot!
  • George Washington visits Lafayette in the hospital. Lafayette insists on going into battle but Washington says no.
  • How are you Lafayette?
  • No, you are hurt.
  • I feel well enough to follow you into battle! Only you Washington.
  • Lafayette trys to put on his boot, but it hurts too much when he tries.
  • I wish my leg didn't hurt so much when I put on my boot! All I want is to go into battle!
  • Lafayette is bored without battle and wants something to do. The nurse tells him to write letters.
  • Why don't you write letters?
  • I'm Bored!
  • Great Idea!
  • Lafayette writes letters to his wife and George Washington to pass time while injured.
  • These are to General George Washington, and these are to my lovely wife. Oh, and some more for Washington.
  • Lafayette decides to carry his boot if he can't put it on, so that he can go fight for Washington at the next battle.
  • No! You must stay and rest!
  • I will carry my boot and go fight for General Washington!
