Running a billion dollar company takes a lot of responsibility. But I could hire assistants and other executives to help move projects along.
That would be called Enterprising my friend.
The Holland code is another name for the acronym R.I.A.S.E.C. 'R' stands for Realistic. 'I' stands for Investigative. 'A' stands for Artistic. 'S' stands for Social. 'E' stands for Enterprising. 'C' stands for Conventional. This "Theory of the Holland Code" expresses why people tend to choose certain environments in which allows them to use their skills and abilities.
Dr. Holland's personality survey took a bit of thinking but also gave the chance to help figure out my future career environment. The questions were simple and provided different areas of choices to look into. My personality traits were discovered as EAS(enterpsing, artistic, and social).
Enterprising was my dominant personality trait. This environment focuses more on business, selling merchandise and ideas, and leading others. Artistic and Social were my recessive traits. These, however focus on the more visual arts and communication with others.
Two careers associated with my personality traits are Occupational Therapists and Dermatologists. I'm leaning more on the Occupational Therapists. The level of education required is a Master's degree. Some skills that are required monitoring others(as well as yourself), speaking, active listening, and judgment & decision making.
Occupational therapists make $40.00 hourly and $83,200 yearly. The future outlook over the next ten years will be 15% higher with 10,200 job openings.
