I have thoguht of mulitple ways to help people that have OCD to come over it. I have read about about multiple ways to help people with OCD.
I have read on multiple websites that good night sleeps are a common thing that people do, which is minimum 9 hours sleep everyday. Which apparently helps with OCD.
Also research shows, that if u face your fears from OCD it can help cure it. Like that portrayed in The Big Bang theory with Sheldon in the scene.
But you have to make sure the person is comfortable with all these procedures or it can stress them out and make things worse. To make sure the person can do it, you might want to show them some videos or examples of others doing it
If the person wont listen to you or keeps making mistakes. There is no need to get stressful as this would make huge impacts on the persons confidence and cause major set backs in the process.
These are a variety ways of how to help someone that has OCD be able to control them selves a lot more and maybe even over come that disorder.
