then put them in a container which should be preferably dark, add the juice with their respective grape peels

After having placed the preparation in the container, we will go to the garden to prepare a hole where the container will be placed, which will be covered with farmland so that it does not get sun, it wil wait approximalety 2 weeks, to have a good wine quality
we will return it to cover and we will wait another week
we will gently uncover the container, doing so will hear a noise similar to that of a gas, this will indicate that it is necessary to give it a little breather to release the carbon dioxide trapped in the container, we will leave ir uncovered for approximately 5 to 10 seconds.
