  • Charlie´s grandma is 87 years old. For their security, people above 60 can't go out and must stay at home.
  • Charlieee! It's time to do the shopping
  • The virus can be transmitted by saliva. If we go out, we must wear a mask and cough/sneeze on our bent elbow.
  • Yes, grandma!
  • Here's the shopping list. Don't forget to put on your mask!
  • Nowadays, you must avoid public transportation. The virus can live on certain surfaces (such as windows, handles and seats) for up 24 hs.
  • I´ll ride my bike to show you around!
  • THE STADIUM: This place is my favourite! Sadly, it keeps closed because we must avoid meetings and crowded places such as restaurants, concerts and clubs to stop spreading the virus.
  • THE SUPERMARKET: Here and in any other store, we must clean our hands with sanitizer before entering and maintain a social distance of at least a 1-metre distance from others.
  • THE GREENGROCER'S:The immune system requires the support of many nutrients from a variety of foods: whole grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits, nuts and animal source foods. We must wash them carefully.
