  • You can meditate and it will calm you down and get you in a better mindspace
  • do hobbys and things you enjoy to take your mind off the stress and i can do it with you
  • Just always check in and ask if someone looks worried or stressed.
  • If you are anxious about a work or school project i can help you with it so we can finish it more efficiently
  • you can meditate to take your mind of Anxiety and stress and relax your mind and your body.
  • I can go do lesiure activities with you like going for a walk or run the fresh air clears your mind and puts you in a calm demenour
  • you can do what ever you hobbys are even if it is alone or with friends it will make you happy and move your attention away from the stress.
  • Thanks i feel alot more calm and less stressed.
  • Help them with what they are stressed or anxious about to get it of there mind.
  • Go with them to walks or outdoor activities for fresh air and for air to get to there brain to calm them down.
  • Always acknowlage if they have gotten better and remind them if they ever need help you are there for them.
  • You see now all These simple activities have helped you and i have helped you feel better.
