Storyboard Description

Martin Luther was born 1483 november 10. His dad was a miner but wanted something better for his son Martin. So Martin's father decided that Martin should be a lawyer. He was a very bright student and everyone thought he would become a lawyer. In 1505 he got caught in a terrible thunderstorm. Not much is known about the specifics of what happened. Most people that know about Luther agree that he called out to Saint Anne and said if he made it through the storm alive he would become a monk. He made it through the storm so he then sought out a way to become a monk. He became a monk but did not like the way the Catholic Church interpreted the bible and made people pay for a way to get out of purgatory. So he nailed his 95 thesis to the church door. This gained so much publicity it started the protestant church.
