THE LEGISLATIVE BRANCH

The legislative power is described in the First article of the Constitution.

This is the Oval Office of the White House, the official office of the President, who is the leader of the executive power, with the vice-president

THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH
The American Constitution describes the judicial branch in the third article.There is the Supreme Court but here are also some other federal courts
The Supreme Court is composed by nine judges who keep working for all their life
The Supreme Court has the role to interpret laws and punish who doesn't respect them. It has also to determine if some laws follow the Constitution or not.
THE JUDICIAL BRANCH
The USA is a democracy, so all citizens can participate actively to the political life thanks to the vote. Remember that no power is more important than the others!
