  • I get confused at night and my nurse helps me to remember what to do. She is lovely. 
  • I think that we are being safe as it is, but sometimes remembering medications is hard.

  • It makes it easier to get dressed,  You feel safer getting around,  You know you're taking your meds correctly. 
  • What are some of the benefits of having an aid help you with daily tasks of dressing, medications, etc.?
  • I need help with my catheter and my oxygen. I don't like not knowing how much air i have left. 
  • I sleep a lot I don't need help with anything. 
  • Sometimes I need to be reminded to eat or drink water. 
  • Do you all feel as though you know when to ask for help? Or does someone need to ask you first/start helping you on their own?
  • My husband tries to do things himself, he does not know when to ask for help. 
  • I would like some more information on being a caregiver for someone with dementia.
  • Does anyone have any closing thoughts for today?
  • Clients will go on to be in the decision, active change, maintenance and the relapse phase as time goes on. Using TTM is a continuous process.
