  • After a conversation with his new neighbor, Montag makes a significant realization. His new neighbor, Clarisse is different than anybody he has ever met and she pushes him to realize that he is unhappy, and books could be a good addition to his life
  • destruction
  • After Clarisse dies, Montag meets a man named Faber with similar views. Montag learns how to read, and the pair make a plan to rebel against the governments oppression.
  • Surviving
  • Captain Beatty figures out the betrayals of Montag and tries to make Montag burn down is own home. But instead, Montag turns his flame thrower to Beatty and kills him. Which shows how far he is willing to go for his cause.
  • Rebuilding
  • Because of the war, the city was bombed. It was an atomic bomb and many things were destroyed.
  • Montag will return to the city to search for survivors. He finds and saves many people, and creates a makeshift rescue team.
  • Montag takes his group of people to a new location and begins to make a town of his own. the people here are free to do what they wish. they are even allowed the freedom to read.
