  • I have updated my Self - Comments in the Mid Year Appraisal form! HAVE YOU? It is MANDATORY! Do it right away! Don't wait for the last moment!
  • Update Self Comments on PACE by FRIDAY, 28th OCTOBER. Only then would your Manager be able to give you a feedback, for all the hard work that you have done so far!
  • First make sure your Manager is mapped accurately in PACE! If not, raise a genie using field category below to get it updated. Once it is fixed, update Self-Comments! People Shared Service > PACE > Change of Reporting Manager in PACE > Request
  • Managers MUST complete the Manager Review by Friday, 24th March, 2017. Non completion of Manager Review = No Increment and/or Promotion for the respective Manager
  • I have completed my Self Appraisal on time. It is now time for my Manager to complete the Manager Review stage!
  • Make sure you are eligible first! Else, you might lose out on all the remaining balance.
  • Are you planning to save your Annual Leaves for the year, to get it en-cashed & carried over to next year?
  • To En-cash & Carry Forward Annual Leaves, it is MANDATORY to avail: •A minimum of 10 days of Annual Leaves - If you have joined on or Before 31st Mar 2016! •A minimum 7 days of leaves - If you have joined between 1st Apr to 30th June 2016 •A minimum of 5 days of leaves - If you have joined between 1st Jul to 1st Sep 2016
  • Go to PeopleHub > Work Canvas > Productivity > Leave > Apply Leave
  • Don't be this guy! Plan your leaves now and apply in the system!
