  • Like Marvel compared to D.C?
  • Today, we are going to be talking about: Power to Power!
  • Joker vs. Batman?
  • Nice one, but no. We are going to be talking about the math version!
  • Still sounds cool!
  • Ok, so when doing Power to Power, you have to multiply the exponents together. Then, you just add the base to it.
  • Here is an example:(5 exponent of 3) * Exponent of 2.You take the two exponents (3 and 2) and then you multiply them. You get 6. Then, you just add the base to it. Now you have 5 exponent of 6!
  • Well, let's get to the negative exponents.
  • That seems easy!
  • If you have a negative exponent, when you multiply it, it will get you a negative exponent. But since you can't multiply a negative exponent, you have to find the reciprocal of it.
  • Wow...
  • Ex. (5 exponent of 3) * Exponent of -2.You would say it is 5 exponent of -6. But then you have to find the reciprocal of it because you can't multiply a negative exponent. Now it is going to be 1/5 exponent of 6!
  • You try! (7 exponent of 3) * Exponent of 5.The answer is 7 exponent of 15!
  • You try! (8 exponent of 2) * Exponent of -3.The answer is 8 exponent of -6 or 1/8 exponent of 6!
