Darby, Delany, and Dawn (and Quincy their dog) are three mistevious 10 year old triplets who have moved to the attic to make there room. They love presidents and ship Lily and Alex. Not Burton.
They want to stop there awesome sister (Lily) from marring Burton, an ugly, armadillo looking, lawyer, that is work obsessed. Instead, the girls want her to marry Alex, her high school sweetheart that she has'nt seen since her high school graduation. The conflict is that Lily ust choose to go through with the wedding or find Alex.
Then, the girls ran into Alex at their favorite Ice Cream shop. They told him about how Lily was back in town and was getting married. He was very upset by this. He told the girls not to interfere though. But did they listen? Of course not! They are the Brewster triplets..when have they ever listened?
The next day, While Lily is dress shopping, Dawn sends Alex an invitation to the party, however while this is going on... Delany canceled all the venues and told the caterors to leave...then her mom caught her, but, it was too late.
Now, it didn't matter if she married Alex just yet. All they triplets were concerned about now was that Burton and her wouldn't get married. Then they can worry about Phase 2 (Alex and her getting married.) . Quincey got very muddy, the sprinklers wouldn't stop spewing water at the guests. Not to mention they need a new preacher because the other one...well... Dawn made sure he had to leave.
Last minute, when Lily was asked the question that would determine her future... she didnt answer. When the preacher asked again, she replied. But what was it?
