  • In the spring of 1759 General James Wolfe took a army to capture quebec.
  • For the British!!
  • In July Wolfe attacked the Beauport shore with 4000 soldiers.
  • For the British!
  • For the French!!
  • The French had forseen this  move and killed 440 soldiers.
  • Wolfe did not want to give up .
  • This was all because of the american rebellion.
  • He decided to make it look like he would attack there again.
  • He sent two ships to make it look like they were studying defenses.
  • The French sent forces to the Beauport shore.
  • While Wolfe attacked the Anse au folon.
  • The British soldiers spoke in French and quickly killed the guards.
  • Now Wolfe had the plains of Abraham.
