Hearings are held on the bill. Step 5. The committee votes on the bill. Then they make a proposal of whether the bill should go on or not.

Step 7. All the people make sure the bill cannot be perfected any more, and than they vote again. If the majority is that it the bill is good it is printed in the changed form. Step 8. They read the bill for a 3rd time and debate it. If the constitutional majority votes yes, then it is presented to the other houses and gets the same thing done to it.

Step 10. If the bill was altered in even a small way, it needs to be takin to get re-approved by whatever house it started in. If it is not passed, they appoint a committee made up of both houses.
Step 11. If the changed bill is voted favorably by both houses, it is signed by both the leaders. It is taken to the governor for the decision to veto or approve the bill. Step 12. If the governor says yes or does not say anything before the dead line it becomes a law. If he Vetoes the bill it will go to its house of orgin.
Step 13. The general assembly can overthrow a veto by a 2/3 majority by the Senate and the House of Representatives.
