4 unratified states
So.... Do you want to eat it now?
Characters: 4 Unratified States, Constitutional Cupcake Setting: Where the Federalists tried to convince the unratified states to sign (different instances all over the country). Plot: The ratified states are trying to convince the unratified states to eat the 'constitutional cupcake' (convince the unratified states to sign the Constitution), but they won't agree to it. Solution: New York would sign, thinking that the state wouldn't prosper away from the Union, so it would be safer. The other 3 states followed shortly. Conclusion: It was hard to convince the 4 states to ratify the Constitution, but the states realized it was safer to stick together. Personal Reaction: New York was right, if the states separated like that then there would be a division in the Union, plus those states would be behind times.
