  • I've divided my kingdom into three parts. Each of you my daughters must confess your love to me to earn the largest gift of land. 
  • I love you more than words can say.
  • I have so much love for you and only your love makes me happy.
  • I have nothing to say. I love you as a child should, neither more nor less.  
  • Revise your statement or you may damage your inheritance. Do you mean what you're saying? So cruel. The truth will be all the inheritance you get. Here I disclaim all my parental care.  
  • I love you and honor you. My sisters aren't speaking the truth when they say they only love you. Don't they love their husbands too? My lord, I'm just being honest with you.  
  • I hope to gain my father's     
  •  You are asking to have too many men.  
  •  Lear, you are getting old and you must give up half of your men if you want to stay with either of us. 
  •  I will only allow you to have 25 men.  
  •  I am confused. Please let me cut down the number of men I have and stay with one of you. Please, I'm begging. You two are being cruel.    
  •  You are not allowed to have any men. 
  •  We don't want him back inside. We order for the doors to be shut and locked. Leave Lear outside!
  •  I AM LEAVING!! 
  •  Please let Lear back in. 
  • With Edmund making a rise of power, I am falling in love with him. 
  • I am falling in love with him too. We will have to battle it out for Edmund's heart.
