During his lunch break, John checks his phone for social media updates and texts his friends.
Before bed, John checks his phone once again, and then watches some TV for a few hours before going to bed.
After two years keeping up the same routine, John has experienced a few problems with his body.
John has gained weight and his eyesight has significantly worsened. He also has experienced a number of back problems and neck cramps.
While technology is a good thing, it brings a lot of problems with it. It is important to take care of ones's body and mind by not becoming addicted to a screen.
