  • I don't do leisure activities. I struggle because I feel like I don't have enough time or don't deserve free time. I know that is it important in my recovery. I would like to start reading for leisure.
  • It is hard to make time for ourselves in a busy day. You might want to leave a book by your nightstand as the first step to incorporating it into your routine for leisure.
