I'm 20 and I've always loved filing papers, and just being orderly. I think you should hire me because I'm a fast learner and can keep everything orderly. I know how to operate everything on the computer so I wouldn't need any training.
I consider my weakness to be not being able to thoroughly communicate what I'm thinking. I think my strength is being able to follow directions and be able to learn how to do things fast.
I think my greatest achievement ever was getting accepted into my dream college. I worked so hard to get accepted and it really paid off. One of the conflicts was when at my old job we were understaffed for a party and we solved it by making everyone work two different stations
My dream job would for sure be a botanist. In the next 5 years I see myself getting my bachelor's degree in botany.
I prefer a more calm, quiet work environment. Well, when we were understaffed I had to take the lead and direct everyone to where they had to go and work.
A decision I disagreed with was when my old boss decided to hire someone even though they had no work experience in the field they were hired for. My coworkers would describe me as diligent, light-hearted, honest.
