The history of food began when there were early people. The early people usually ate food raw until the found out what fire was and how it could warm the food. They soon realized that it tastes better when cooked and it was easier to digest.
People also discovered they could plant seeds as well. This idea eventually led to farming. The advances made the food supply more dependable.
Food can help the body in many ways. It is vital to the organs. Food will keep your heart beating and it help the muscles move the body.
Food will help the body such as walking, talking and everything else.
Religion plays a role in food. Most religions tell you how to eat it. For example Hindus will not eat cattle because they believe it is sacred.
