A Shocking Accident Graham Greene Mason Philley 3rd May 1 2018
Jerome is the narrator of the story. He idolizes his father and does not like that people laughed at how his father died. Mr. Wordsworth tells Jerome the death of his father and his first character to be amused by the story. Jerome's father is the one who was killed by the falling pig. Jerome's aunt is unamused by her sons death and tells the story in a different way. She somehow still gets people to laugh every time she tells the story.
The setting of the story is Great Britain. One event of the story was the pig falling on Jerome's father off of a building and killing him. Another event of the story is the reaction Sally had when Jerome finally told her how his father actually died. She reacted "perfectly".
