That's none of your business.
Al Capone Does My Shirts Final Project: Part of Chapter 3
How much is 28 times 47?
Okay, so she's good at math. But something is wrong with her.
WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?
Mr. Flanagan said that she lives in her own world. Sometimes it's a good one, and sometimes it's a bad one.
Sounds to me like she's just plain crazy.
In this scene Theresa is giving Moose and Natalie a tour of Alcatraz and Piper has just appeared behind the morgue. This is the fist time Moose and Natalie meet her, and when Piper asks if Natalie is stupid, Moose gets frustrated about how nosy Piper is. He doesn't have a good feeling about her.
Moose is becoming extremely annoyed at Piper. She's being way too pushy and needs to stop being obnoxious. Even though people don't know about Natalie's "condition", they should at least understand that Natalie clearly as no control over it. If Piper knows that Natalie has a problem, she should know that it won't help pointing it out!
According to Piper's statement, she doesn't understand that some people are different. What Theresa said was very important and helpful to the story and also helpful for readers to understand autism in general in a better way. It's surprising that Piper is five years older than Theresa and Theresa is being more understanding and sympathetic to Natalie than Piper is.
