Storyboard Text

  • In the deciduous forest, there are 4 seasons starting with spring.
  • In the spring, the trees and flowers start to bloom again.
  • The air moistens and starts to get warmer. This is basically the transformation from winter to summer.
  • Spring then transforms to the summer. This is the hottest of the 4 seasons. This is when the Earth's axis is tilted toward the sun.
  • In the autumn/fall, the leaves begin to change colors and the weather starts to get just a little bit cooler.
  • After the fall/autumn comes winter.  In the winter, the leaves fall off of trees and plants and flowers die. Also the weather is super cold which can sometimes lead to snow.
  • Once again after the winter, spring then starts again. This is because in the deciduous forest, the seasons repeat over and over again.
  • The deciduous forest is a special biome becuse it is so diverse and different compared to the others.
