  • With all these men we are sure to win the war.
  • February 11, 177
  • we will not let you pass!
  • we will see about that.
  • February 14, 1779
  • Men you should your cattle and rest. We have a big day in-front of us.
  • James Boyd the leader of the Loyalists set out near South Carolina. He brought 600 men along with him on his way to Georgia. 
  • February 14, 1779
  • * loud gunshot noises *
  • two days before the war the Loyalist bumped crossed over vann's creek and were attacked again, but the Loyalist kept going.
  • February 14, 1779
  • Any last words??
  • Later that day the loyalist and their leader set up for the night. Little did they know that the Patriots were on their way to war.
  • February 14, 1779
  • Yay we won!!!!!! Now we can go home to our families and celebrate.
  • The Loyalist separated their men. They were hiding in a swamp, but one of the patriots shot at a loyalsit and the war began
  • during the war the leader of the loyalist James Boyd ended up on Patriot territory. He was shot and inured very badly to the point of death. With the loyalist without a leader caused a big problem. Most of the loyalist ended up dead or imprisoned.
  • oh no!!!
  • The Patriots ended up winning the Battle of Kettle Creek. They were happy to return home to their families and celebrate. This is the first of many victories of the Patriots.
