In the courthouse scene the whites and blacks are separated in their seating. This supports my theme, which is racial inequality because it represents the separation between the races and how it was normal . The whites had closer seats which are closer and they get to see the action much closer. The fact that they could be integrated with the seating is a perfect example of racial inequality. (219-220)
