Mrs. Jones didn't let Roger go back and she grabbed Roger by his shirt. Then, she told Roger to come to her house

The main conflict is the exposition when Roger tries to rob Mrs. Jones, but he failed to rob her.
The climax in the story was when Roger was in Mrs. Jones house, and he had a chance to escape but he still stayed in Mrs. Jones's house.
The falling action was when Mrs. Jones was telling Roger that when she was little, she made bad choices also.
The resolution was when Mrs. Jones and Roger were saying goodbye to each other and Mrs. Jones gives Roger $10 to buy new shoes (which was the reason why Roger was trying to steal the purse in the first place).
