Storyboard Text

  • sometimes I use your dough as a material for my children in class
  • really?
  • we need to replace the cleaning smell
  • we could try with almond scent
  • in the early 50's, Joseph McVicker learned that his sister used the material as a material dough in her classroom where she taught, the McVickers decided to market it as toy.
  • The famous play-doh smell came from the McVickers trying to hide the cleaning aroma and used instead, almond scent.
  • even though the utility was only for cleaning purposes, the play-doh was confirmed to help kids to start developing fine motor skills and build strong hand muscles to do a task such as write, cut etc.
